Support Options: We consolidated many of our support options. The reason for this is that many of our options are not being used, and we believe some options hurt our performance. Our toll-free support line was nice, but wasn't being used. We also believe that many methods spread our staff too thin, and we believe we should become more efficient. As a result, we no longer have the toll-free line. We are now dedicated to the support ticket system, and we are logged into the live chat system often as well. Live chat is not 24/7 because it is mainly a selling tool, not a support method. If our customers request us to add a method back in, we will evaluate that request.
